Refund Policy
1.1 Refunds and Cancellation
All payments for Boosting-lab are in USD and are non-refundable. You can cancel your monthly contract at any time, but all previous payments are non-refundable and will not be pro-rated. All Annual payments are also non-refundable and will not be pro-rated.
If you decide to cancel your Boosting-lab membership, you will lose access to any and all data inside the app.Boosting-lab.com ecosystem, which includes, but is not limited to; Boosting-lab Funnels designs, Boosting-lab Support Calls. You will be removed from the Boosting-lab Facebook Group.
Refunds will not be granted outside these windows from the date of initial purchase, for any reason.
If you wish to cancel your Boosting-lab subscription (including subscriptions for services) at any time after a free trial or discounted period ends, you must submit a cancellation request to us via our support email address hello@boosting-lab.com.
Invoices for Boosting-lab can be requested at any time by emailing hello@boosting-lab.com.
1.2 Subscription Terms And Automatic Payment
A Boosting-lab user is responsible for paying all sums due to Boosting-lab in connection with their monthly subscription in accordance with these Terms. Every calendar month, your account will be charged up to the subscription fee plus applicable tax for the following month’s subscription, together with any other fees for the following month’s subscription plus any accumulated charges for the past period (collectively, “Fees”). Failure by the Boosting-lab user to use any of the services available through the service provided by Boosting-lab does not relieve the Boosting-lab user of their payment obligations under these Terms.
Potential users can pay by credit card or debit card. Payment details shall be collected by us through our secure financial data collection mechanism. You acknowledge and agree that we hold data relating to the transaction, including the last four digits and the expiration date of the card used to purchase the products or services together with details on when payment is due. You further acknowledge and agree that payments are due on a recurring basis in accordance with the payment terms for the specific service purchased (unless the subscription is canceled in accordance with these Terms) and therefore authorize the automatic payment collection terms applicable to that specific service (e.g., on a monthly basis and for a specific amount).
1.3 Free Trial
We sometimes offer a 14-day free trial to new users who register with the Site. The account will be charged according to the user’s chosen subscription at the end of the free trial.
1.4 Failed Monthly or Annual Payments
If you are delinquent on your payments, please be advised we will delete the account and any subsequent funnels associated with the account after 7 days of delinquency.
1.5 Access to Boosting-lab Ecosystem: including all Digital Assets, Funnel Builds, Automations, and Training Materials
With your membership to app.Boosting-lab.com, you’ll receive access to our exclusive Boosting-lab-only Digital Assets, Training Materials, CRM Pipelines, and Funnel-related Data tracking tools. This access specifically includes, but is not limited to; Boosting-lab funnel designs, Boosting-lab Emails, Boosting-lab Automations, and the Boosting-lab Support Calls at no extra cost. We retain the Trademark and Copyrights on Boosting-lab Funnel Designs. All of these materials are only permitted for use within Boosting-lab, exclusively for current Boosting-lab members only.
This means that everything inside the Boosting-lab Ecosystem (app.Boosting-lab.com) is non-transferable to any other Boosting-lab ecosystem, or any other outside ecosystem or funnel builder. The use of Boosting-lab training materials outside of Boosting-lab membership or sharing of any kind without our consent is strictly prohibited. In addition, the Boosting-lab Support calls are for current Boosting-lab only.
